Magnolia Club Members:
We need to adopt an official Magnolia Rifle & Pistol Club logo!! The Board of Directors has voted to authorize a logo contest in order to solicit your participation and input in the design of the new logo. The logo could be used on Club letterhead, envelopes, and/or other printed correspondences, posters, etc., along with wearing apparel to include shirts and hats.
LOGO CONTEST
Purpose: To provide Club members the opportunity to participate in the design of a new Club logo.
Rules: 1) Any current Club member may participate by personally designing a logo or having one designed; 2) Multiple logos can be submitted by any Club member; 3) The logo design should be simple enough so it can be used for the purposes stated above; 4) If the design contains color or is multi-colored or shaded, the colors should be those that easily convert to black and/or white so the logo can be printed in either black or white depending on the background color of the item the logo is being printed on; 5) The design should include in some way or form the year the Club was established [Est. 1955]; 6) All designs received will be submitted to the Board of Directors who will make the final selection; 7) Contest winner will be announced at the Annual Meeting scheduled for March 1, 2014; 8)All submissions will become the property of Magnolia Rifle & Pistol Club.
How to Submit: Entries can either be submitted via email to the Club Secretary at twwoodall@comcast.net or mailed to:

Submissions do not have to be in final or camera ready format. A simple sketch of your design is acceptable. Be sure and include your name and Club membership number along with your logo submission.
Prize: The winning design will receive a 1-year paid membership to the Club.
